African Journey Safaris co-owners Gavin Williams and Tamsin Williams at Phelwana Game Lodge in Hoedspruit

Meet The co-owners

Hello there! We are proud to introduce you to African Journey Safaris!

The owner and main Guide, Gavin Williams, co-founded African Journey Safaris with his wife, Tamsin Williams.

Born and raised in Africa, and spending most of their lives in the bushveld sculpted their enthusiasm for nature. It was only inevitable that they make a career out of their passion.

They have gained significant experience the last few years in the tourism industry working for a renowned Safari Company.

Gavin himself is an experienced FGASA qualified guide who completed his studies in the Sabi Sands region.

Together, Gavin and Tamsin aim to create the most memorable and divergent African experience for anyone wanting to feel the ‘bite of the African bug’.
